SEIT ELETTRONICA produce dal 1979 Sistemi di riscaldamento a induzione in alta e media frequenza per applicazioni industriali (saldatrici ad induzione a testa staccata o monoblocco, pirometri, sistemi automatici di saldatura con erogatori di lega di argento, stagno o disossidante e stazioni complete di saldatura e trattamento termico).
Le nostre macchine a induzione sono usate per effettuare trattamenti termici (tempre, ricotture) o saldobrasare ogni genere di metallo o conduttore (inox, rame, ferro, ottone, ecc) in modo rapido, ad alta qualità e industrialmente ripetibile.
Caratteristiche delle macchine SEIT Elettronica, oltre agli alti standard qualitativi (certificati ISO9001), sono il basso consumo (conseguente all’utilizzo degli ultimi ritrovati nel settore dell’elettronica), le ridotte dimensioni e l’assenza di manutenzione.
Ove sia necessaria l’automatizzazione del processo di lavoro del generatore, la SEIT Elettronica è altresì in grado di sopperire a qualsiasi problema di adattamento, grazie al personale di progettazione altamente qualificato, all’officina meccanica attrezzata con sei centri di lavoro FAMUP ed alla carpenteria dotata di linee AMADA-SCHIAVI.
Ogni parte, meccanica ed elettronica, delle macchine e sistemi SEIT è interamente progettata e costruita all’interno.
Tutto ciò, unitamente alla ventennale esperienza nel settore dell’induzione magnetica, ha portato la SEIT Elettronica a diventare un sicuro punto di riferimento per quanto riguarda il settore della saldatura a induzione, con un rapporto prezzo/qualità assolutamente di primo piano.

Our company, born in the year 1979 as a specialist in the construction of machinery for the soldering and the casting in the fields of optic, dental and goldsmith, thanks to innovative technologies and high-quality products has become a leader also in the field of mechanical, automotive and electronic industry, with a range of heating and induction products consisting of high and medium frequency generators, optical infrared ray temperature readers and automatic soldering units.
Features of our machines, in addition to the high quality standards (ISO 9001 certified), are the low electrical consumptions, the reduced dimensions and the absence of maintenance.
They find optimal use in each process where it is necessary to heat or melt a metallic element, allowing to improve the quality of weldings and strongly reducing the welding and heating times.
Where necessary, SEIT Elettronica is also equipped to adapt and automate the work process of the generator, supplying complete manufacturing facilities with mechanical parts and control for movement of pieces, thanks to our Project & Engineering Dept. and our production lines, equipped with a structural steel work, mechanics and electronics departments.
All production is controlled and managed by a CAD-CAM and 8 CNC machining centers. Our entire production conforms with CE requirements and we are certified UNI-EN ISO 9001.
The production of the Seit systems is completely developed and manufactured inside the Company, in two locations for a total of 6000 m2.
